TPV Celanese 101‑80 is a well‑balanced and easy‑to‑process thermoplastic vulcanizate. Its core advantages include good elasticity, excellent flex‑fatigue resistance, weather resistance, chemical resistance and recyclability.
Main Applications
Automotive Industry: Sealing strips, gaskets, dust boots, spark‑plug boots, washer fluid pipes. It enables lightweight design and simplified processing compared with conventional EPDM rubber. Electrical & Electronic: Wire and cable sheaths, electrical seals and gaskets, supported by reliable electrical insulation performance. Consumer & Industrial Goods: Diaphragms, pipes, household‑appliance parts, hand‑tool grips and various flexible gaskets & sealing components.
